Conferences in January, February, and December call for pricing.
A comprehensive offering of conference services are available.
All conferences include nightly lodging, meeting room (one day meeting room/night of lodging), standard continental breakfast, and coffee, tea, and water service. Conferences can be arranged with or without food service, depending on the needs of your group. Meal prices listed below can be added to the basic conference package. Conferences running later than 10:00 pm are subject to an additional late fee. Minimum number of hotel rooms may apply.

All conferences are subject to 7.7% sales tax, and 18% food service fee.
