Exclusive Use of Our Meeting Room and Deck
For up to a maximum of 120 people

$350.00/day + tax
Motel Room Credit
For each motel room rented by your members of your reunion group for each day of your reunion, you will receive a $10.00 credit toward the cost of the Meeting Room.
Deposits
Meeting Room: A $500.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the Meeting Room. Within 30 days following your reunion, the booking deposit will be applied to the Meeting Room costs, along with the motel room credits and a refund will be issued.
Damage deposit: A valid credit card or $500.00 cash is also required at the time the Meeting Room is reserved.
Motel Rooms: A deposit of one night plus tax or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater, is required to reserve each motel room.
Accommodations
We have 39 motel rooms, a hot tub, heated swimming pool, playground, picnic tables and grills, free high speed internet terminal, wireless internet in all of the rooms, continental breakfast, and rooms with extraordinary mountain view.
Other
A minimum block of guest rooms may be required. Individuals attending the reunion, but not staying at Bighorn Mountain Lodge, will need to register at the office and pay a day use fee. All Reunion bookings are subject to the Group Terms and Conditions.
