Imagine walking down the aisle on our deck, facing the majestic peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park. On your special day, let the beautiful Rocky Mountains and Bighorn Mountain Lodge be the setting for making your wedding dreams come true.
The Bighorn Mountain Lodge wedding and reception facility has space inside for 100-120 people seated comfortably for a brunch, ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner. Outside we have a large deck with magnificent views of Rocky Mountain National Park, which is also very nice for ceremonies and receptions. Wedding packages are available and you can bring in your own caterer.
Bighorn Mountain Lodge also offers elopement and small group packages. Room blocks are also available for your wedding guests, whether your event is here or not.

Our Traditional Wedding Reception Package Includes:
Exclusive use of our Event Center and Deck for a 5 hour
Wedding Reception for up to 100 people.
Included are Banquet Chairs and Tables,
Cake Table, Gift Table and Guest Book Table,
Buffet Tables and Head Tables.
Dance Floor.
China, Flatware and Stemware.
White Table Linens and White Napkins.
The Wedding Reception Package Price is $1,500.00 + tax.
Additional hours are available for $300.00/hour + tax.
$15.00/person + tax for each person over 100 people.
Maximum number 120 people.
You can use your own caterer or
Catered Food Packages are available starting at $15.00/person + tax and gratuity.
Rehearsal Dinner and Brunch Packages:
For up to 100 people and up to three hours is $750.00 + tax.
Additional hours available for $250.00/hour + tax.
$7.50/person + tax for each person over 100 people.
Rehearsal Dinner and Brunch packages include the same options as above.
Small wedding and reception Package:
For under 20 people and up to three hours is $500.00 + tax
(Not available on Friday, Saturday and holidays after 3:00 pm).
Small wedding package includes the same options as above.
Elopement and reception Package:
For up to 6 people and up to three hours is $250.00 + tax
(Not available on Friday, Saturday and Holidays after 3:00 pm).
Elopement package includes the same options as above.
Enhancements Available:
Ceremony Fee (includes use of Arch): $200.00 + tax

Event Center Fee Credit: For each motel room rented the day of your traditional wedding or rehearsal dinner/brunch event, a $10.00 credit will be applied to the Event Center Rental fee. Condo rental or minimum number of rooms may be required.
Please ask about Rates for Guest Room Accommodations We have 39 motel rooms, a hot tub, heated swimming pool, playground, picnic tables and grills, free high speed internet terminal, wireless internet in all of the rooms, continental breakfast, and rooms with extraordinary mountain views.
Room blocks are also available for your wedding guests, whether your event is here or not.
